Character Information
Name - Grughk
Class - Warrior
Race - Troll
Armory Link - http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Gilneas&cn=Grughk

Class Spec - Fury

Other specs you would be willing to raid with and are geared for

Raiding Schedule - I am available Monday through Friday, 7pm to 12am, server time and sometimes on weekends. If it's important, I can usually make it online.
Expected attendance - 100% unless there is a personal matter out of my control.
Expected changes in raid attendance - None. I have a steady job and concrete hours.

Guilds and Raiding:

List guilds -
Pug Inc - I was invited by an officer that was a friend at the time. I was a new 80, then, and I was kicked for lack of gear and experience.

Teen Girl Squad - I was invited to TGS by chance from a positive RDF experience. They taught me how to raid and helped me gear up. They were very nice people, but I chose to find another guild because raiding was sporadic, and unreliable, and any kind of progress past the first wing was rare.

Dawn of the Exiled - I was picked up by DotE after they pugged me into a guild raid and liked my DPS and demeanor. I stayed for a while, but there was no 10 man group, and the 25man group was not able to down Putricide even after many weeks of attempts. I liked the people, but I did not agree with a lot of their loot policies and raid coordination, so when their activity died down for a few weeks, I decided to accept a friend's invitation to try his new guild out.

Carpe Diem - Carpe Diem was an attempt to build a core 10 man group of (relatively) geared, experienced puggers to down Arthas. We made quick work of every boss but Sindy, and got past her after about a week of attempts. We progressed to Phase 2 of the Lich King after only a few attempts, and things were looking great. Unfortunately, a disagreement between officers and the school season beginning took away half of our group broke the guild.

Current progression experience -
ToC 25 5/5
Ulduar 10 4/14
ICC 10 11/12
ICC 25 6/12

Special Considerations
Raid-level alts/twinks
Rare patterns(somewhat outdated as we have them all)
"Package Deal" application (ie, joining with Person X)

I want to get into progression raiding but I have had trouble finding a good guild to play with. I've bounced around a few guilds and managed to get 11/12 in ICC 10 and 6/12 in 25 before I hit a wall with pugs and casual guilds. I've done all the research and Pugging I can to improve myself, but at this point I just need a chance from a real guild to continue to grow my gear and experience. I really want to see end game and try my hand Heroic ICC other than Gunship.

I realize that it's late in the expansion, and Fury Warriors are a dime a dozen, but I'm a nice, competent guy, and I've done my homework on this spec. It's worth my time to at least put myself out there.

I am available Monday through Friday, 7pm to 12am, server time and sometimes on weekends. If it's important, I can usually make it online.

Thanks for your time.

Already Fail

Sorry Leo, have to do it.. Expect a lot more fail.

Raided with him in pug inc and while pug inc had a few tremendous players, Leo was not one of them. Sub par to average player at best. He is 15? if I remember correctly and not one of those younger kids that you wouldn't know unless they told you.. It's made clearly evident through interaction with him.

I apologize if I'm out of place but I just thought I'd put in my two cents.

lol he coulda meant literally.. which would be quite weird, come to think of it..

Agreed, I prefer the use of the word as a noun or a subject.

I prefer adjective, such as: Terc has a beast of a forehead
